EXCHANGE POLICY
I believe strongly in the quality of my products and hope that you are over the moon with your purchase. Sadly, mistakes can happen and if you receive an incorrect order or if its damaged or faulty in any way I am happy to exchange your incorrect unopened order for the correct item/s within 30 days of the date purchased. In this case please contact me immediately for any queries or concerns.
Once your item has been received you will be notified by email and your exchange will be processed. Please contact me for the return address. Return postage costs will be refunded upon supply of receipt. Please note; It may take up to 5 working days for exchanges to be processed once received.
